Aquafun offer a great service. Always polite and helpful, whether that be at the shop or at your home. Adam has done fantastic job of servicing our hot tub. Tremendous attention to detail, removing and cleaning all the jets individually and making the tub cover look like new. He has also fitted a gas assisted lifter after the standard one failed due to the weight of the cover. To sum up! Great customer service, friendly and reliable. I have no problem giving them a 5 star rating.
These lads came out to do a service on our tub, they not only did us a service. They changed us a leaking part on a pump. Absolute fantastic service. First class all the way 👍👍
I decided at the last minute to refill our hot tub for valentine's night as we had emptied it due to selling the bungalow but needed a new filter, I called aquafun who was closed but he agreed to reopen up for me to buy a filter, we had an amazing night, what a legend he was, thank you from Peter and Jean
